At All Children Excel, we strive to make our coaching services accessible to all families while sustaining our services. We do not accept insurance, but our services can be reimbursed through the Katie Beckett Waiver.
We also offer a sliding scale for our coaching call fees based on household income and family size, using current Federal Poverty Levels (FPL) as guidance. Families are welcome to choose the tier that best reflects their financial situation. Our standard 50-minute coaching call fee is $95 per session (Tier 3) , with reduced rates available at $50 (Tier 2) or at no cost (Tier 1).
No documentation is required — we trust families to self-select their tier when they schedule a discovery call or coaching session. We reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots each month.
We email invoices to clients after each coaching call for clients to pay using our online automated payment system.
Sliding Scale Rates
All Children Excel also offers a sliding scale fee for individualized, off-line support outside of scheduled coaching call sessions or in lieu of a coaching session—such as personalized school administrator emails, IEP/document review, and similar requests. All individualized support will be invoiced in half-hour increments based on the time required to complete each request.
This service will use the same sliding scale based on household income and family size:
Tier 3 (Standard Rate): $95/hour
Tier 2 (Reduced Rate): $50/hour
Tier 1 (No-Cost Support): $0/hour
Coaching Call Cancellation & No Show Policy
To respect everyone’s time and maintain availability for all clients, scheduled coaching sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Clients who miss a scheduled coaching call or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged their sliding scale session fee.
We understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
